College Location

Our campus is located at Homerton Gardens, on a private road close to the centre of the historic university city of Cambridge. The city centre is a 25-minute walk (or 10-minute cycle ride) from campus. Cambridge train station is a 10-minute walk from the campus.

The area around the campus offers a modern leisure park within a 10-minute walk. This includes a cinema, tenpin bowling alley, hotel, supermarkets and a range of restaurants. It is also home to a live performance venue which hosts regular music, comedy and drama performances.

The Cambridge University Botanic Garden (CUBG) is located less than one kilometre from the college. The garden holds a collection of over 8,000 plant species from all over the world to facilitate teaching and research. It is also a lovely place to take a walk and is visited regularly by our students.

Our neighbours include Homerton College, where we hold our college graduation ceremony and Christmas ball, and which is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge, Hills Road Sixth Form College, the UK’s top-performing state-run college, and Cambridge University Press, which is the publishing arm of the University of Cambridge. Cambridge Assessment, Europe’s largest assessment agency and home to exam boards such as CIE and OCR, has its global headquarters located next door to the college.
