Abbey College Cambridge Oxbridge Offer Holders 2021

Abbey College Cambridge is celebrating as two of our students have received offers to study at the University of Cambridge in 2021.
Our first offer holder is Susan from China, who has received an offer to read Natural Sciences at Clare College, University of Cambridge in September.
Susan, recalled the moment when she received news of her Cambridge offer;
‘As soon as I saw the first few letters of the email from Clare College, I rushed to my doorway, opened my door a bit, though I don’t know why I did this, and read it.
My brain was barely functioning and it took me many seconds to finally understand what it was talking about. To be honest, though I have done a lot of preparation in my mind after the interview to keep my emotion stable no matter the result is good or bad, I was still too excited to make any sound at that moment.
After telling my parents, my teacher and my best friend this news, I checked the email again and again to see if it was real. This is really a memorable experience that will definitely stay in my mind forever.’
Our second Cambridge offer holder this year is Trevor, also from China, who has received an offer to read Computer Science at Robinson College.
Trevor’s parents sent us a short message thanking the college for helping Trevor to secure his offer;
‘We are very happy about the result and of the course thanks to all the teachers from Abbey College Cambridge. Without their help, Trevor wouldn’t be able to get the offer smoothly.’
