From Abbey College Cambridge to the heart of biomedical innovation at Imperial College London - Viola is already making her mark in the world of medical science. Now in her second year studying Medical Biosciences, Viola has embraced independent learning, gained hands‑on lab and clinical trial experience, and contributed to research on a promising treatment for HER2‑negative breast cancer. 🔬
Her story is one of curiosity, confidence, and the courage to ask big questions - all foundations she began building here at Abbey.

Student of The Week: Sogol 🌟
This week we recognise Sogol for a quiet but deeply meaningful act of kindness. During a busy scholarship event, Sogol noticed a younger visitor who was feeling overwhelmed and immediately stepped in with empathy and maturity.
She offered calm reassurance, made sure the student had a private space to compose herself, and stayed with her until she felt supported and confident again. Her compassion made a lasting impression on the student and her family, who shared their heartfelt gratitude for the difference she made in that moment.
