In this week’s debate, “Is feminism still necessary?”, two teams took on the challenge of defending and opposing the motion, presenting some truly intriguing arguments.
Debating plays a vital role in English language development, helping students to:
• Expand academic and topic-specific vocabulary
• Improve fluency through structured speaking
• Develop clear argumentation and persuasive skills
• Build confidence in expressing opinions respectfully
